Colorado's legal pot market hit a new high in April. Tens of thousands of people toked up on 4/20 -- the unofficial pot holiday. Tax figures released yesterday show the state's legal retail pot stores sold about 22 million bucks worth of weed in April. That's an increase of about 17 percent from March and up by about 58 percent from January, when marijuana became legal. Figures show the state collected more than five million bucks in taxes and fees from pot sales in April. Pot shops in Denver had long lines during the 4/20 weekend. And at least 30,000 people grooved at a city park for a marijuana celebration

How about a $2 million dollar lunch? Andy Chua says it's worth it. The Singapore investor bid more than 2.1 million bucks to have lunch with financial legend Warren Buffett. A statement from Chua says he wants to thank Buffett for his inspiration. Chua adds that he's been following Buffett's philosophy for two decades. The lunch auction benefits the Glide Foundation, which helps the poor and homeless in San Francisco. Over the past 15 years, Buffett has raised nearly $18 million for Glide with the lunch auctions.

CSX Transportation wants a judge to dismiss a lawsuit filed after a train derailment in April knocked out a bridge in Berkeley County. The derailment and bridge collapse on Cypress Gardens Road created a 22-mile detour and prompted the lawsuit by hundreds of people.

 U.S. Sen. Tim Scott says he wants to make history and become the first black senator elected in South Carolina. Scott was appointed to the Senate in late 2012 after Jim DeMint resigned and advanced from Tuesday's primary to the general election against a Democrat and one other challenger.
